Veronica Vásquez García

Veronica is a bilingual somatic educator, teaching artist, and nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience using movement to build confidence, connection, and emotional regulation.
She is:
- Founder and Executive Director of JMM Dance Co.
- Founder of Elysiran, the professional training and licensing arm for her curricula
- Creator of Juan’s Mindset Method™, a somatic SEL and mindset training framework
Her work:
- Bridges disability, neurodiversity, and justice-impacted youth
- Integrates trauma-informed movement, SEL, and leadership development
- Serves schools, SPED programs, community centers, family agencies, CHW/CalAIM initiatives, and senior programs
Veronica’s leadership is grounded in lived experience as a daughter, parent, teaching artist, and community builder. She believes people should not be judged for their overwhelm, but taught how to recover from it.
