SEL Dance for Healing is a transformative online program that uses Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) through dance to promote emotional healing, resilience, and personal growth.

 

By engaging in this unique blend of movement and emotional development, participants can build stronger emotional connections, enhance self-awareness, and foster a sense of community. The program is designed in three sub sections to benefit families, organizations, and individuals, each with tailored memberships to meet their specific needs.
