Raymond is a nonprofit and social services leader with more than a decade of experience inside public assistance and early childhood systems.

- Background in early childhood education, autism services, and family support
- Bilingual Spanish fluency and lived experience as a foster parent

- Family Support & Scheduling Coordinator – autism services
