"In Winter 2019, we earned the Best Kids Float award at the San Juan Holiday Parade. Children from the San Benito Community joined us, showcasing their dancing skills."
"In summer 2019, with the City of Gilroy and City of Milpitas, we launched Moves Made for Me. It focused on fostering early childhood social-emotional development through movement in our summer sessions."
"In June 2019, we hosted a free Bilingual Dance Camp at San Juan Elementary for 13 students from the San Juan Bautista community."
"In Spring 2019, we taught bilingual dance classes to 25 students. Five received full scholarships, while the rest benefited from half scholarships."
"We offered 10 weeks free of our (Exploratory Moves™) classes to 20 registered families during spring 2019 at the Veterans Hall in Hollister, CA."

Through targeted marketing and strategic partnerships, we aim to reach a broader audience of dance enthusiasts and supporters of our mission.
Social-Emotional Empowerment:
Dedicated to dance's impact on well-being, we offer accessible classes fostering skills and confidence, aiming to positively impact 500 lives.
Bridging Generations:
Believing in dance's ability to unite all ages, we'll foster intergenerational connections through collaborative projects, encouraging mutual learning and appreciation.
Integration of Literacy and Dance:
We enhance children's learning by integrating reading with dance through innovative programs, fostering a love for both literature and movement.
WHERE WE'RE GOING
JMM Dance Co aims to establish a youth dance company, emphasizing growth, community engagement, and resource acquisition in the next three years. Research from the National Endowment for the Arts highlights dance's positive impact on youth well-being and social connections (NEA, 2020).
Organizational Development:
We prioritize recruiting dedicated staff and invest in ongoing training to build a team capable of providing exceptional dance instruction and mentorship to our participants.
Program Development:
Our programming prioritizes technical proficiency, social-emotional learning, and character development through diverse activities, fostering creativity, resilience, and personal growth.
