Not 2 Old 2 Move™ offers a complete wellness experience for older adults, combining group exercise, personal training, fall-prevention education, adaptive fitness, and social connection. Designed by movement educator Veronica Vasquez Garcia, the program supports active aging through safe, engaging, and accessible movement options for all abilities.

Program Overview

Not 2 Old 2 Move™ provides a structured and enjoyable pathway to strength, balance, mobility, and overall well-being. Each component is created to help older adults stay confident, active, and connected.

Group Movement & Wellness Classes

Weekly instructor-led classes that support full-body wellness through:

  • Strength and stability training
  • Balance and fall-prevention exercises
  • Flexibility and mobility work
  • Light cardio and rhythm-based movement
  • Chair Pilates and seated options
  • Creative movement set to music

Classes offer multiple levels so participants can move safely and comfortably.

Personal Training for Older Adults

One-on-one sessions are available for individuals who prefer customized support or are working toward personal goals. Training may include:

Veronica Vasquez Garcia is the founder of JMM Dance Co. and Elysiran LLC, with extensive experience designing inclusive, movement-based wellness programs. Her work emphasizes dignity, creativity, and accessible pathways to lifelong health for people of all ages and abilities.
